Having a dedicated HR resource within AWMA has allowed us to focus on improving our onboarding process and work towards retaining our staff. Managers have better understanding and connection with their team, and this is greatly improved our culture.

H2H Digital has been working on improving our HRIS system. Our onboarding process is now optimised and we are able to use our HRIS to the maximum potential.
